Nick Roots<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nick Roots is a world-championship-winning motor racer who brings the same focus, discipline and competitive edge from the racetrack to his litigation practice. He has over 10 years\u2019 experience handling a broad range of disputes, from boundary matters to complex shareholder derivative claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nick\u2019s sharp legal insight and assured approach led to him becoming a partner at the age of 26 at his previous firm. He has successfully acted in nationally reported litigation and is known for his clear thinking, tenacity and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside of work, Nick remains closely involved in motor racing and also enjoys spending time on the golf course.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ricki Bansoodeb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ricki Bansoodeb\u2019s commitment to hard work took shape early. Growing up watching his father build a business through grit and long hours taught him what it really takes to get the job done \u2014 and that mindset still drives him today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That dedication was recognised early in his legal career. Upon completing his training contract and qualifying as a solicitor, Ricki was made a partner at the firm where he trained, becoming a partner at the age of 30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the course of his career he has built experience across residential and commercial property, civil and commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and family law. He now focuses primarily on residential and commercial property matters, including site acquisitions and development finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clients value Ricki\u2019s approachable style and his ability to make complex issues understandable. His reputation for pragmatism and his can-do attitude has led to a diverse client base, including individuals and internationally recognised figures who have chosen him over larger firms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside of work, Ricki enjoys golf (but like most golfers also hates it), cooking and playing football. Having played at university level, he still tries to get himself out on the pitch as often as possible (legs permitting).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
